Weekend Course THE GAME OF TRANSFORMATION on the Beach - or - Online This is a Board Game for Personal and Transpersonal Development for 4 players. It's deep and fun, and what you learn you will never forget, because this Game can change your life!!! WHAT IS THE GAME OF TRANSFORMATION? The Game of Transformation is a board game with a board, tokens, dice, cards and prizes. It is very entertaining and illuminating and helps the player to focus on the question: what do I want at this moment in my life? Its purpose is to know the strategies and ways to obtain the best result of that desire or Personal Purpose. The Game will help you discover everything that supports you to get what you want, as well as the labyrinths, traps and obstacles that you set yourself to get it. The Purpose: What do you want NOW in your life? It is the engine that makes the Game evolve –and later life-. The result is analyzed and interpreted by the person himself, obtaining a detailed and in-depth guide on the most appropriate methods of action to achieve it, as if it were a "treasure map". It is carried out between four people and you work with the awareness of a "support group", because your colleagues can give you their vision or perspective on your goal, although without losing the individual awareness that you are playing the Game in order to know and experience your Personal Purpose. It is a highly symbolic game in which each gesture, each situation experienced and each square played, represents the way in which the person lives his life, reacts to it, and learns. Thanks to this dynamic, the person obtains information about what supports him and what limits him to reach or not reach his goals. WHY ON THE BEACH? A few years ago I came to live in a green and magnificent area of Alicante called Campoamor, near the beach, and therefore I offer the Transformation Game in its usual format, which is the Weekend format, only now you don't go home to sleep. You stay at mine, and we all eat together. You arrive on Friday, after lunch. You settle in, we walk through the woods, and we have the first meeting with the Game at 7:30, making a complete preparation so that the next day we begin to move through the squares. We have dinner at home and sleep On Saturday we play all day, we go out to eat at the beach (usually paella, or whatever everyone wants) and we return to continue playing until 8 at night (walk, dinner at home and sleep) On Sunday we continue playing after breakfast, and continue until 2, where everyone goes to eat where they want. And if you don't want to come here, you always have the possibility to do it online with 3 other players. WHERE DOES IT COME FROM? It is Joy Drake, a member of the Findhorn Foundation (an eco-spiritual -non-religious- community of the Northeast of Scotland, with more than 50 years of existence) who in 1986 develops the Game, for the first time, as a living example of the harmonic evolution that the members of the Foundation were having. It was a way of sharing with the world a fun and at the same time psycho-spiritual method to get to know each other better, something that had been carried out in the Community since 1962 when Eileen Caddy decided to follow her dream and founded the Foundation, together with her husband Peter Caddy and her friend Dorothy McLynn. Today more than 10,000 people pass through Findhorn every year and all the horizons of the earth are represented in it. The Foundation offers, among other things, interesting personal development courses and workshops and the Game of Transformation amalgamates and distills each one of them. TO WHOM IS IT ADDRESSED? It can be played by anyone of any social and cultural level and of any age. It doesn't matter if people know each other or not. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TRANSFORMATION GAME From the first time I saw it (brought home by a friend who had just bought it in Canada, I fell in love with its accuracy -because its answers seem magical-, its easy development and its the depth of its wisdom. So in 2000 I decided to go to Scotland, to the Findhorn Foundation to learn how to facilitate it. Once I received accreditation from Innerlinks (the owners of the Game and the Patent) I introduced it to our country, in that same year 2000, giving conferences and courses in various provinces of our geography. This made me the 1st FACILITATOR OF THE TRANSFORMATION GAME IN SPAIN, because it is not allowed to facilitate it without the corresponding qualification. For a long time I facilitated the Game in its English version. Today the Game is in Spanish, although it is very difficult to get it, because they have stopped its production. PHILOSOPHY BEHIND THE GAME When we buy a device or appliance we are We find ourselves with an instruction manual, however, when we are born, nobody carries the user manual under their arm. Therefore, human beings learn to move and manage our lives as we live and experience it. We have taught in schools and universities all possible technology and intellectualism, and we have forgotten to teach children and young people to look at themselves and ask themselves, in a unique relationship with themselves: Why do I get angry, how can I understand myself better, what happens when I am selfish, why do I not like responsibility, why do I not recognize and value my qualities? Because I'm scared? How do I manage my anxiety? On the other hand, the excess of stimuli present in this society that we have created, does not help much to remain calm or to enter into meditation, imitating the Orientals, and much less to spend long hours simply thinking of a phrase or koan to reveal the mysteries of the universe that, ultimately, are ourselves. Therefore, it is difficult for us to focus on a specific goal. The dispersion of excess, marked by individualism and atrocious consumerism, separate us more and more from our true essence, and therefore from our true identity. The Transformation Game helps us in this process of specifying and developing a specific and useful Personal Purpose that teaches more and more about the nature of that essence that we are, as well as the tools that we bring to the world to be able to manage it. Whoever dares to carry out that internal look, entering the depths of the personal ocean, receives the benefits of the giant step in his evolution and therefore in his daily life. STRUCTURE AND DURATION OF THE GAME It begins in the center of the board, where the four players have their pieces placed. This is the origin, the source, and from there they depart to "be born" to their Personal Purpose, after having filled an envelope, called "Unconscious" with cards of "supports", "limitations" and "qualities", drawn at random. before starting the game. Since it is important to see the Game from as many perspectives/views as possible, the Transformation Game gives you the opportunity to know your Personal Purpose from the angle of all your levels of existence: Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. . Once you have been "born" you receive a Physical Level card (representing the body) on which you place, as you fall into different boxes (representing various moments and situations in your life), small cards called "consciousness". You can go to the next level: Emotional, only when you fill your cardboard with 6 "consciences" and a service (done to themselves or to others). The idea is to be able to see the Personal Purpose from all those angles, if you can, because, in general, human beings get stuck at some level of our existence. The players are receiving information about the guidelines to follow to fulfill their Purpose. What supports them, what limits them. Thus, each one separately, although receiving the assistance of the group, they reach the end of the game time and each one ends at the level they have reached, whatever it may be. That level will be the right one to work on, unlock or develop. Subsequently, the whole envelope of the unconscious is revealed and the whole group gives their opinion about each one's game. This process gives a lot of information (feedback) to the players, since they see themselves reflected in others and recognize what they have learned from both their own game and that of their peers, as in life itself.
