After the Psychology degree, in which I had learned about Behaviorism and Cognitivism, as the most accepted psychological schools, I recognized myself as "Alternative", and I saw that Humanism was the approach that interested me the most. So I studied ABOUT the best. To include spirituality, I trained in Transpersonal, and learned WITH the best. Then I met Wilber's Integral Theory, and recognized that it had always been "Integral".
